Well let me first start off as saying I loved working for Fashion Bug. The one thing that made it difficult was having a DM that was very unprofessional and demeaning to her employees. This woman thought she was the sexiest thing to walk the planet. I will call her evil ss. Evil ss set me up for a very bad corporate visit. What I mean is she came in my store made all these changes even took down the center wall and then let me hang for it.Never once bothered to say how dirty and nasty everything was and how much time and effort I put into cleaning it up. When the big corporate visit happened. I was her number 1 manager. I motivated other stores for sales in quik search which is online sales in the store and for premiers. I was an adm in training and she never let me train or gave me the tools to be able to train properly.
The training that she gave was criticism. She demoted me for not making my charge goal. of course all of this after the big corporate visit. It is kind of ironic that my store did not make its charge goal but my store won the contest for having made the most charges. Oh yeah and let me tell you I was new to this store. it was a hideous mess. I spent over 60 hours a week for 6 weeks trying to paint it and clean the backroom and the nastiest fitting room I have ever seen. If the health dept came in they would have condemned it.
Well anyways after doing all of this I was being forced to resign for telling the big man from corporate GT that I had issues with my DM evil ss. and he wanted to know what my issues were. so I told him.He asked if I felt like I could go to her boss the rm and tell him my greviences and I told him knoe that I had done that once before and was literally treated like crap for nearly 15 mos. GT said this is a confidential conversation. THAT WAS A JOKE. NOTHING IS CONFIDENTIAL WHEN IT IS YOUR FRIEND YOU OVER SEE. Remember he came to me and asked me if I had any problems with my dm evill ss. Of course I answered them truthfully and for doing so I was ridiculed by her and her boss JA.I love these initials they stand for JACK *** . NO NOT REALLY BUT THAT IS WHAT HE IS. I was demoted for not being a team player and telling the truth about a person who always felt the need to bully people. And of course I could not go to JA because my dm evil ss. was implying that they had a more than working relationship. Well when I brought that to JA he used very vulger and offensive language at me out in public. Of course when you wear the costume for you boss and assume the character with the last name goodhead and you imply that it was chosen by him what else could I assume. The fact is that Dorit Bern sits in her office with no clue of what is really going on in this area she relies on GT to do the right thing when he visits the stores, but guess what he is not and neither are his little inderling chronies. If people were not so afraid of losing there jobs like I did then maybe your company would be in the positive instead of the negative. Of course with the 2m dollar raise she just got I am sure all of the employees who were just let go are glad she is sitting so high on a pedestal made of gold and wearing clothing that the company does not even sell. That says alot for the person who is the ring leader of this circus she has. I transfered over to Lb so I would not have to leave the company only to go out on a medical leave and then take my vavcation only to find out I was out of a job. Oh yeah the best part of all of this is that JA called lb to try to get me fired. I guess he ended upo getting what he wanted. but karma comes back in a big way and things are aboiut to be shaken all the way to the top. It is a darn good thing that there are lawyers out there to protect the individual employee.
